L’equazione tra modernità e standard elevati

Rappresenta attualmente una delle più grandi strutture in legno presenti in Trentino. Essa dispone di 41 camere da letto autonome e si contraddistingue per la sua struttura portante in legno, con solai in Xlam e con elementi verticali costituiti da pareti in legno ed orditura lamellare a travi e pilastri, che comprendono anche la parte del vano scala ed ascensore.

Gli spazi interni sono stati sapientemente sviluppati, con una architettura semplice ma altamente funzionale, in grado di garantire prestazioni elevate in termini di comfort acustico e termo-igrometrico, caratteristiche imprescindibili per qualsiasi hotel. Grazie alle nostre soluzioni tecniche, l’edificio è stato certificato in classe A.

L’utilizzo del legno come materiale principale per la costruzione ha permesso una realizzazione rapida e senza ostacoli, rispetto a quanto spesso si verifica nella costruzione di edifici tradizionali

Il risultato finale è stato una cantierizzazione estremamente efficiente, grazie anche ad Abito Holz, il cui lavoro ha permesso l’inaugurazione in tempi record.

It currently represents one of the largest wooden structures in Trentino. It has 41 independent bedrooms and is characterized by its wooden load-bearing structure, with Xlam floors and vertical elements made up of wooden walls and lamellar structure of beams and pillars, which also include the part of the stairwell and lift.

The internal spaces have been expertly developed, with a simple but highly functional architecture, capable of guaranteeing high performance in terms of acoustic and thermo-hygrometric comfort, essential characteristics for any hotel. Thanks to our technical solutions, the building has been certified class A.

The use of wood as the main construction material allowed for rapid and obstacle-free construction, compared to what often occurs in the construction of traditional buildings

The final result was an extremely efficient construction site, thanks also to Abito Holz, whose work allowed the inauguration in record time.
